Talended Migration Case Manager wanted

Perth (WA) - remote work considered

As a Migration Case Manager, you will:

  • Engage with clients to gather essential information and documents for visa applications.

  • Prepare and manage visa applications and related processes, including skills assessments, appeals, and tribunal reviews.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by supporting clients through each step of the migration process.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations and avoid errors.

  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of visa applications, including employer-sponsored visas (482, 186, 407), Partner visas, and regional agreements under DAMA.

  • Communicate with clients, employers, and authorities to ensure smooth case progression.

  • Stay updated with migration laws, regulations, and policy changes (training provided).

  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients with clarity and professionalism.

  • Keep meticulous records of client interactions and case progress using our CRM software.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree (law degree highly regarded).

    • At least 2 years of experience in managing various visa types and migration processes.

    • Strong understanding of all phases of application processes.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines without compromise.

    • Excellent IT skills

  • Desirable:

    • Proficiency in a second language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French highly regarded).
